Be proud of your progress!
Whether you lost 1lb, 10lbs, or simply toned up your body, you’ve made progress and that’s something to be proud of. This is especially important if you’re just starting out. It’s very easy to start doubting yourself and consider giving up when you don’t have much to show for your hard work. The truth is though, you won’t see any results right away so any small progress you make is a big step towards your goal. And if you start seeing it that way you will be more motivated to keep going.
So be proud of your accomplishments and don’t give up.
