Fitness Tip!

Hi friends,
I’ve got a new fitness post for you guys and it involves awesome views. If you’ve been reading my other fitness posts you already know that I’m all about changing up your workout. So what better way to do that than by taking your workout outside?

Since I’m on vacation, its much harder to hit the gym every evening, so I’ve been working out outside instead. And even at home, sometimes I go for a run outside rather than on the treadmill. You get a better workout and get to enjoy the scenery.

Don’t only limit yourself to just running outside though. There are tons of other things you can do. One of my top outside workouts is walking lunges. They’re much easier to do when you have more room and can walk a longer distance, rather than back and forth in a small space.

If there are park benches around you can use one to do push-ups or dips. If there are hills you can get some extra cardio in by doing mountain climbers. If you’re not into working out in a park, you can always go for a hike. You may not think you’re getting much of a workout, but if you walk at a fast pace and the location has inclines you can burn a lot of calories.

Be creative with your workouts and enjoy them but at the same time try to push yourself to go as far as you can.
