Hope you all are having a great week. I had to miss my workout on Tuesday and I can’t even begin to tell you how bad I feel, that’s a good thing right? Speaking of workouts, here is a quick fitness tip for this week.
Add some muscle building activities to your workout.
Here are some of the things you can do:
1. Use free weights. I love using free weights and doing some squats, lunges, arm exercises, planks, and so on. You don’t have to use heavy weights, as long as you change it up or increase your reps if it starts to get easy.
2. You can also use resistance bands, stability ball, or even just your body weight to change things up.
2. Take a class that focuses on muscle building, I like to either do tabata or body sculpt. Classes are good for the days you just don’t have enough motivation, because you just follow along and don’t have to think about it.
