I’ve got another recipe for you guys, this one is super easy to make and we really enjoyed it. I’m generally not a big fan of eating red meat, but I do love a good steak. The recipe says to grill the steak, but I cooked it in my Convection oven at 425 for about 8 minutes and flipped them halfway through. I don’t grill anything, period. My husband is really good at it and I don’t even try to compete. He’s pretty much a steak pro, so if he likes it, you know you did good.
You can find the recipe here. This recipe serves 4 so I cooked a bit less and served it with rice. Another thing I did different was, after pulling the steak out of the oven I put the tomatoes and basil in for about 2 minutes.
