Simple DIY Wreath Tutorial!

Hey guys,

It’s officially the first day of spring, so I’m going to share my recent spring update to our home.

I’ve had my wreath from the holidays on the front door up until now, because it makes the front door look so cheery and I haven’t gotten around to getting a spring one. I did have one in mind, but I’m all about a good deal, and I wasn’t ready to pay the $44.99 just yet. And waiting until it’s on sale is just pointless, because lets face it, that will happen when I won’t be needing a Spring wreath anymore. So I thought I’d make my own.

It’s actually very similar to the one at Target that I like. All I needed was a grapevine wreath ($4.99) and some artificial flowers ($12 with the 50% off).

I just cut the flowers off the stem and stuck them into the wreath. I was going to hot glue them but after I started sticking them into the grapevine they actually stayed pretty good so I didn’t even use the hot glue after the first few. Which is nice, because I can just take them out later and make a new wreath. 🙂

Now my front door finally looks like Spring!
